The Right Support, The Right Time, The RightPath.

We specialise in supporting young people (aged 11-18 years) that are disengaged from education, at risk of criminalization and/or experiencing poor social, emotional and mental health (SEMH). Many of the young people we support, do access mainstream education, but can find themselves disenfranchised from learning and/or at risk of permanent exclusion.

We believe that with early intervention, young people can develop a healthier outlook towards their education and futures and we understand that the road map to building a positive working relationship, with any young person, starts with our ability to build rapport and trust. Our unique mentoring programme is specifically designed to capture the voice of the young person, highlight and identify any barriers to success, and provide valuable strategies that can help deliver long-term change.

Lastly, we’re proud to share that our team has grown significantly, since we were established in 2020, and we have had the opportunity to work with West Midlands Police, virtual school’s and local authorities across Birmingham, Solihull and the Black Country. These connections have helped us forge new and important relationships with likeminded professionals and gave us further reach to work with even more young people in need of support.

About Us.

Mentoring Support

The TRP mentoring programme is designed to support the social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs of young people, and is delivered both inside and outside of educational settings. We understand that each young person has their own unique experiences, personality and background so we create individualised sessions that are designed to meet their specific needs.

Educational Workshops and Programmes

We deliver a variety of specialised educational workshops and programs to schools and organisations that work with young people. Each programme and workshop delivers up to date information, education and insight on matters that directly impact the social, emotional and mental health of young people.

CPD training for Teaching Staff and professionals.

Education happens within the context of a larger community. Our approach extends beyond the school to help ensure students have the necessary support to do their best learning.

Educational Resources

At The RightPath, we’re passionate about creating educational resources that cover topics and issues that have a direct and negative impact on the lives of young people. Our resources range from programmes on violence against women and girls (VAWG) to sex ed resources for schools. We have developed a variety of bespoke, powerful, and user friendly resources to help professionals educate and equipped the young people they teach and support.

“With the support from The RightPath, we have been better equipped to meet the SEMH needs of our students”.
