I have worked with young people and adults, in the community and within education, for over 2 decades. During this period, I have been blessed to work alongside some fantastic organisations and professionals that have helped me develop as a professional and person. The latter has helped me shape the structure and foundation at The RightPath and the values we embody such as; compassion, kindness, integrity and respect. I was a student that left school with grades that did not reflect my academic potential and through support and guidance from the right people I have achieved an NLP coaching and counselling accreditation, level 5 education and most importantly, a sense of direction and purpose to my life that has lead me to this point. I am proud to share that we (The RightPath) are fully equipped, with an exceptional team, to provide the right support, at the right time and we have delivered on this promise, since our inception. We’ve been privileged to support many young people, via schools and local authorities, and forged some great alliances that have helped us develop year on year and enhance our reputation for providing support to young people at a professional and high standard.

Vastly experienced teacher, trainer and SEMH practitioner, who has worked within education for fast approaching 20 years. I have a passion for supporting young people facing barriers in their emotional and personal development and, whether it has been in my role as a PE Teacher or mentor, I have supported young people to become the best versions of themselves. I truly believe that the key to achieving success is through developing self awareness, learning to communicate in a healthy way, building resilience, and having respect for yourself and others.
