Harmful Sexual Behaviour Within Schools

Our CPD training focuses on the issue of harmful sexual behaviour (HSB) within schools. We support staff by increasing their knowledge and awareness on the scale of HSB and how schools can adopt proactive approach to the issue. We highlight the key concerns and findings of the latest Ofsted rapid review of sexual abuse in schools and colleges (2021) and identify the contributing factors impacting the safety and well being of students. In addition, we discuss your current school policy, identify support strategies, and share best practice ensuring a whole school approach.
